MN Locksmith Pros provides 24/7 emergency, automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and localized dispatch routing.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any price quoted over the phone is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer. The final total may vary depending on the actual condition of the lock, the complexity of the security system, and the specific labor required on-site. The attending technician will explain the final cost before commencing physical work.

3. Proof of Ownership

For your security and compliance with state laws, our technicians require valid identification and proof of ownership or authorization before opening any vehicle, residential property, or commercial building. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof cannot be provided.

4. Property Damage and Liability

While our technicians are highly trained professionals utilizing non-destructive entry methods whenever possible, certain situations (such as high-security locks or failed mechanisms) may require drilling or destructive entry. MN Locksmith Pros is not liable for necessary damage caused to locks or doors to gain entry when no other option is available.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a requested service, you must do so within 15 minutes of the initial call. Cancellations made after a technician has already been dispatched and arrived at your location may be subject to a standard service call fee to cover fuel and time.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our parts. New locks and hardware installed by MN Locksmith Pros come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, intentional damage, weather-related wear, or tampering by unauthorized third parties.

7. Partner Affiliation

MN Locksmith Pros functions as a localized lead-generation and marketing entity for Swift Locksmith MN. All physical dispatch, invoicing, and service warranties are fully fulfilled and assumed by Swift Locksmith MN.
